Simple Minor Chords
We’ve had several requests asking us to show students how to play minor chords and how to play barre chords. This simple guitar lesson will do both for you. Barre chords, both major and minor, will make your guitar playing easier and better sounding. This lesson concentrates on minor chords that are played using the barre configuration. Thus, all chords shown will be barre chords, and they will be minors. We will present two basic patterns to create just about all the minor chords you will ever need. One is the “Am” form, and the other is the “E” form. We relate the minor chords to forms that you already know to demonstrate how easy it is to conquer the “minor barre” chords.
